Still in the 43s. My tyre wear on the Ford is also pretty poor atm!

I'm in the 43's and tyre wear is fine, I can still hit a 43 on lap 7.

probably 7.10/7.15 once checks and grid are done?

Never DNF'd before but I really wasn't happy with that first lap, so time to have a breather for race 2 :nervous:
 
Driving standards slipped today.

killa earned the first double win of the season, and could actually have got a grand chelem today (both wins and fastest lap). 41 points would be very nice for you! :)
 
There was a lot of dirty racing tonight. Stewards are going to be busy this weekend!
 
This was the scariest race in my life :(

Bosz even refused to start race 2 so bad we were...

well i managed to finish with just a pit after changing the setup, so i guess it's already a win :P

Yes they did.Btw did I hit you when we were battling in race 2? If I did then I'm sorry, but my tyres where shot, the focus was handling like a pig
 
Seriously these cars are easy as hell to drive, so why do people feel the need to compensate for their lack of skill/speed by ramming me instead of taking their time to make a legitimate pass (maybe even back off the throttle, which is what I do if I sense an incident)

This might seem like moaning but it happens almost every race, and whenever it doesn't I'm on the podium. In S1 it was 2 or 3 people but it's a different person every time now, usually the drivers with the best reputation as well

Indianapolis is one of those tracks where there are many funnels, where all the cars all bunch up into one small area. Turns 1/2 is one, plus the S-bend and the curve onto the back straight.

A particular problem when everyone's tyres have gone.

Shame about tonight rob, we were having a decent battle, and 2 focuses on the podium would have been great, but your got taken out by gedi69 (from what I saw, I will not jump to conclusions until a proper stewards rework of the replay is carried out)
