Yes the loss of people is sad :(

I believe this is because:
  1. The Online Problems
  2. No Videos (becuase of the reason above)
  3. No real results :(
  4. The Championship has lost momentium

If anyone has suggestions please speak out

TBH geeky i think you've lost interest and dont want to admit it, theres no harm in handing the reins over to someone else. đź’ˇ
 
Me leaving the series was down to lack of motivation towards GT5 as well as other things. I maybe spat the dummy a bit but I'm finding it harder and harder to motivate myself . I used to do the seasonals every week but have not done any for over a month. :sick::sick:

Hand the job of doing results over to people who can steward and get them out quickly? Like me and maybe gedi, killa, johnboy etc?

I gotta say I don't think this championship has lost momentum at all. As far as I'm concerned it's going strong. The cars are equal, the penalty system is better, we do actually have one or two new drivers possibly in the wings. Drivers come and go and it's a shame.. sometimes real core drivers like Rob or cunny.

There are problems of course... my biggest gripe is drivers going AWOL meaning we don't fill the grid each week. If you're gonna miss events give us notice!

I know, it is the problems with Gran Turismo 5's online It means we can't get the results easily, and how fast the championship goes we miss it :nervous:

Well, advertising always works for us. To be fair if I ever heard news about the reserves (which atm, I'm not getting), then the grid would be full on Friday.

Incidentally, under the '3 event' rule:

- if gokartman remains AWOL until after Deep Forest, his seat will be forfeited

To all drivers: if you can't attend, please post on the thread in advance!
 
How many people have left like?

I left because of...
- lack of motivation/busyness
- an online problem which has solved itself

Seems like S3 is going pretty well to me though

This season it's just cunny who's actually quit. johnboy's been forced out through equipment trouble and we kicked Melancholy out because he never showed up.

Joe's not showed yet this season either, but at least he told us he was gonna miss last Friday. Hopefully he'll turn up this Friday.

kartman's presence is 50/50 by the seems of it, and hopefully the reserves will fill the gaps. If they don't respond then we'll have to advertise the free space.

It's not that bad to be honest.
 
By the way, what's a "real core driver"?... hehe :lol:

I'd like to make a return at some point, but 4 A-levels are a bugger for taking up time

I dunno, drivers that I would consider to be the heart of the series.. who've done the most races.

Ah yes, A-Levels.... very intense.
 
Still got one of the ICS cars (there was a couple) ;) That thing caused a lot of arguments... Indy springs to mind :lol:

I think the GT5 lag problems have been solved now, it was stupid in late August/early September

We've now moved on from lag onto some pretty daft disconnect errors and private lounge fails. đź‘Ž

This is ery important to me and gives me purpose. Unfortuantly with everyone leaving and everything going wrong online it upsets me :guilty: REALLY UPSETS Me. I made commitments which made the championship, like the videos and I couldn't always keep them.

I want this to go wel and I am just upset how... unfortuant it is

Do you actually want to return now? I can't guarantee that either gokartman, Gigabyte or Fianked are going to show.
 
15 drivers confirmed if gokartman is committed, with 1 space free to the first person who signs up.

If Gigabyte or Fianked don't respond then too bad.
