BUG REPORT: After Pitting Rear Tyre Wear Abnormally High
I have found that in all races that require a pit stop, on leaving the pits there is a continual sound as if the car is sliding, even when on a dry track, driving in straight line.
At first I though that this was due to wet races, or the choice of vehicle or tyres, however, I have found this to occur in every case. For example, 10 laps of Silverstone in the dry (Super class race), my tyre wear was higher on the front tyres before my first pit. On leaving the pits there is a noticible sound of tyres skidding/slipping (even when driving totally straight) and by lap 9, the rear tyres are almost destroyed (down to 1 or 2) whereas front tyres and totall fine.
This occurs irrespective of how you drive the car, for example not accelerating hard when cornering makes no difference.
Has anyone else experienced this?
How can this be reported to Polyphony Digital for a patch?
I have posted on official PS3 forum also, sorry if that is frowned upon.
