Buggy titles(user)

On my Lenovo(not sure which model)The area where it says "Premium" or "moderator "the colour is glitch by having white appearing beneath it but still in the box.

Will attempt to upload a picture showing what I mean.

EDIT: Is on Windows 8 And IE10 but I can change the browser any time.

You've probably increased the font size in your browser. Try holding down the CTRL key and pressing the + or - buttons while you're on the page to see if that corrects the issue.

I have done that, I think if I remove my toolbar it may fix it.(it worked at system default)

Edit:I changed to chrome and the problem disappaeared *pppffff*
