Bugs with sounds on wipers

Got this annoying issue with the sounds of the wipers when driving.
When driving the Tokyo Highway Parade the sounds of the wipers comes even when I don't use them. And when I use them, the sound is not synchronous with the wipers.

That's you hitting the expansion joints in the road.
