This car handles the banks like a champ. 190mph easily at Daytona all the time.

Weirdly, my car has like a $300K bill just to rebuild the chassis. I might have bumped it 2-3 times. I am pretty sure the shear torque twisted my chassis.

Has anyone found a way to tune this thing so that it is competitive in the Expert Historic Race? Mine plows and wheelies the last quarter of the front stretch!

Its got full tune but settings aren't getting it done. I have relatively the same settings as ZR1 RM for All Stars as per Sail IC. Any thoughts?
 
I haven't tuned my Special. But, every car has its limitations. It can only be improved to a certain point through upgrades and tuning. It may not be suitable for the race in which you want to enter it is what I am trying to say.

Just down to the pure speed of this thing i mis-judge unsuspecting corners and go bang into a wall. I also rolled it over at Daytona Indy and rolled it over again flat on its roof at Cape Ring:indiff:
 
My Chevvy SS is running 864 BHP and goes like stink to, used it in various races including the Classic Super Car event.

Just won the Buick tonight, I will give it a try.
 
Does any one have a handling based tune for this beast. Have tuned mine up and it drives ok, but I'm having problems getting it to turn tighter?

at one point in the game, cant remember when, you win a buick special '62. DO NOT SELL IT. It helped me through loads of the proffesional and amatuer races. Its a SEMA winner i think, and although it looks bad, it is extremely fast.

At which level did you get it at?


I checked and couldn't find it anywhere in my Garage yet, and I am level 14
 
I won it a while ago, and thought it's looks amazing, but these buick's were tanks. So I'm going to have to take her out for a spin. Anybody have a tune for her, or is it pretty good where it's at?

I have been looking for ages in UCD for the Buick Special, but nowhere to be seen.

It was more correct to use a thread already here, then make a new thread.

And i am not bying or selling anything, so marketplace would be incorrect to use.
