Even seeing guys in RWD cars doing burnouts. I know if of course traction is set to real life the. When you get in the dirt you need to burn off the rocks, dirt, etc... Dudes are saying that the burnouts help. Sure like your really warming up the tires, LOL.

You actually can warm up your tires. Your tirs are dark blue when cool, red when hot and white/light blue when warm. Helps traction.

i have seen some people burn out standing still or barely moving, how is that done?

this is for rwd as i havent seen much fwd in 3k

Hold the brake, slam on the gas and let off the brake with it slowly pressed down and steady. Only works on some good set up cars, but works with ease on low grip tires.

The easiest way is to rev up the RPMs in reverse with ebrake on. Dump ebrake and get slightly on the brakes. Since the brakes can be modulated you don't wanna go full brakes otherwise you'll gain traction.

Cars like my Chevelle and do a burnout all day without reverse.

The reply above makes sense but timing is gonna have to be right because you're tires won't stay in the white for long.

They actually stay white for a while. You have to sit still for a long time for them to go back to blue

Simply, hold the brake and punch it

I do reverse burnouts haha hold break and reverse, let go of break, get some spin then put break on again(not e brake) (not fully but enough to slow your right down)

I can do them in reverse too but they are more fun forward and look cooler. In real life my truck can spin all 4 tires in forward and reverse, and they are 33's. FORD POWER BABY

I'll try that in my dad's M37s  it is possible though.

Go look up how big 33x12.5r16.5 tires are on a 7000lb truck. You know you have power if you can do a 4wd burnout on that. (SBF too)

I still don't get how to do burnouts lol.

Do them forward the same way as backward. Hold the brakes and get the engine reved. Let got of the brakes to get some wheel spin and apply the brakes lighty.

You can do near standstill burnouts in high power/torque with RS tires on the front and CH tires on the back. Not good for racing though.

I use fully tuned Chevelle.

I turn ABS off and change the brake balance to 10/0 for FR using the RA Adjust

the way I do my burnouts staying still is turn on tire wear and do donuts till the rear tires are gone then rev with brake on let go and back on the brakes again.I use the '66 Shelby cobra since it has alot of HP.I do this when I wanna burnout for fun.

Your probably too hard on the brakes. Once you break traction apply slight brake.

I should have said it doens't always help but it can. I usually know how much to put the breaks on.

is it possible the burnout in place with a low HP FF?

No, with ff what i do is hold brake and gas, apply e-brake,drop brake, let go then fully apply e-brake quickly.

With rear wheel drives, my charger, chevelle, cuda, vipers, ford gt and even my rx-7 will burn at a near stand still in reverse. Hold reverse and brake. Let go of brake fully then fully reapply it in a quick manner. Same forwards. If it stops right alway then use less brake the next time. BURN TIRES BABY!

Reverse burnouts are just silly

The way I do my burnouts I use my analog stick as my brake and it gently start letting go until it you feel it well do a burnout and balance it in place. Or you can just go by a wall and gun it:lol:

I maybe going coo coo but I swear this worked this morning! At least on two of my launches in the Chevelle! Something I wouldnt rely on though that's for sure.
