I got Access Denied trying to look at that link for the CD5 Accord but even with a manual I wouldn't be paying more than $4k for one of those, and that's down here.

Also the Hyundai Tiburons are one of the better "older" Hyundais. Engines are kinda weak but it's a decent cheap sporty car and decently reliable too.

It's damn hard to find a clean one in Phoenix these days, but what about a DC2 Integra? Just make sure you have a garage, since they get stolen, just, constantly. Also, what about an older Celica?

Again, no dealer, no go unfortunately.

This website has a few good cars, Thorobred Chevrolet 2121 N Arizona Avenue. Chandler so I imagine it may be close by.

I don't know whether you are leaving it for now or but I found another website and found an '02 Lincoln Town Car, I don't know whether they are reliable so I'm hoping someone else who lives in America could tell you. I have seen a thread about a guy who has a 89 Town so I imagine they are rather reliable. I think that's Kking Josh, so maybe he could tell you.

By decently reliable you mean that the engine will outlast everything else on the car and the interior will fall apart, right?

The Panther cars have always been one of the better used car choices. Gas mileage aside, running costs should be pretty low. Parts are cheap and plentiful and they're usually a pretty dependable car.
