buying matte paint

Are there any cars in dealership that you can buy that comes with matte paint? I know Lexus LFA comes with gray matte

Other than that, no.

The only colors classified as "matte" that come out of the NCD are Lexus' "Matt Black" and Mercedes' "AMG Monza grau magno."

Mercedes SLS AMG in AMG Monza grau magno, and the FT86 can be bought in matte black as well but you won't get the paint chip for it.

The Toyota FT-86 Concept '09 can be purchased in "Mat Black"...You will not receive a paint chip though...

Not necessarily. I have 273 cars and have only received five mattes, and one chrome paint chips.

You didn't include color shifts. It is fact that you get a special paint chip every 30 cars you accrue.
