So didn't know where to put this but figured I would try here. It is possible to "bypass" the once a day and here is how. First you need to start your trades towards the end of the night - 10 -11ish. Trade your first car. Now exit out of the game and go into the PS3's settings and set the time to a time zone where it is already past midnight. Go back into the game, you should get your 5 new museum cards. Your now free to trade again 
as the system thinks its a new day. You should be able to repeat as often as necessary switching timezones back and forth and keep trading.
I know this works for at least 2 times in "one day" but haven't tested it further. Oh and FYI Just changing the time manually will not work, you must have the time set through the internet.
