How does one get on the banned list?
I drive a 2004 Hemi Durango. It would squash all your beater cars and my wife just picked a Chrysler 300 that will out run all your beater cars. I can't remember the last time I didn't drive a new car. :)

Not my Turbo Coupe! It weighs about 3,600-3,700 pounds and is 202 inches long!

I've got a boost controller and aftermarket high-flow fuel pump. The 300 doesn't stand a chance... :sly:

I can't remember the last time I didn't drive a new car. :)

Your car has 205 horsepower. The 300 has 250 hp so your in my rearview mirror. Also, My brother has a Thunderbird like yours and the Durango would go thru that like it was butter. Sorry. Don't forget I live in Motown and see that car all the time.

I just tried to remember people that I know have really nice cars (Like F1GTR's NSX, Goomba's STi, M5Power's quadrillion cars, and iceburns' dad's Ferrari 360) and put them on. Apply if you want. :)

My car has ~250 lb.ft. of torque (and last I checked, so does yours).
Also the 300 weighs 3,767 pounds, my car is at least (with low fuel :sly: , 3,500 pounds). It'd be a close race. :sly:

Oh yeah, the Durango weighs more than the moon (j/k), and my car is made of rust (seriously) so it would tear through it like butter...
 
Wow, I thought I wanted to join, then I realised that I became a member because I had a crappy car then I got depressed. But I had to drive down to the shops and on the way I spoke to my car and told it that even though it was crappy I still loved it. I had to fill it up so used premium just to make it feel a bit special.

Too bad there aren't more members living closer together then we could have a crappy car show.

By the way, do you have any clue how I could make my Nova 4wd?(It is still in one solid piece) :lol:

I think ML500 owners should be allowed in this club. Actually I can think of about 40 new cars that are so awful their owners deserve immediate ownership - the Chevrolet Astro springs to mind immediately...

btw guys my dad fixed the petrol leak on my astra, i guess its not as crappy as it was..... :lol:

Anyway, my chances of upgrading to a new car have now flown out the window (been sold before I could get in) so I'm stuck with the Laser for a while.

I'll also use this chance to update something I had forgotten with my original post:

The radio is now cutting out - either a loose ground wire or remote wire. I can fix it but can't be bothered :(
Clunking in the front right suspension under any sort of body movement - acceleration, breaking, turning. Everytime it's '....clunk'

Odd, the radio on my car blew 4 months ago while listening to Nirvana, and yesterday I think I fried the ball joints in the front end. It didn't want to turn until power was applied, and when it did turn, "....CLUNK...." then it sounded like it was dragging. :scared::nervous:

i had that, but its easy to fix. just some part of the suspension snapped, nothing too serious but u should get it fixed. shouldn't be too expensive

4wd eh?
I dont know if it is possible, unless you did the same thing I did(cut off back and weld on engine) AND left the original engine in the front. But that is a lot of work and only I would be crazy enough to do it. :crazy:
💡 otherwise you could go with the classic ''set the car on a pickup/suv frame'' but that's no fun...
 
Nah, I want it to stay a daily driver. I just wanted my own personal rally car. I could get vintage 'RS' (rally sport) badges to go with it, maybe some fog lamps, and a wire-mesh grill. :)
 
:lol: If you are going to make it look like a rally car you have to drive it like a rally car ;)
 
Who says I can't ? :lol: The E-brake is shot, so I have to really mess around to make it drift. Lot of monkey-motions on the wheel.
 
Hold the gas and brake while turning on a slippery surface - that'll kick the rear out :)
 
Yeah, I learned that through personal experience. :lol: It is really muddy where I drive at, so slippage can be induced upon command!!

So I know my mebership into C3 was denied, I just wanted to tell you guys that a huge rusty piece of metal fell off of my car today...(the cavalier not the stang)
I have no idea where it is from, it looked like an exhaust hanger, but you never can tell....lol
 
Sweet! Mine already rusted in half right near the rear wheel and muffler where it bends... I rapped it with a piece of metal and hose clamps! Instant ricer sound! :dopey:👍 The other "minor" holes I covered with JB weld and I think there still holding? I'll know if it sounds like I'm at a race.
