Well, yet another week of abstracting is here. The optional theme is Winter Solstice. Now, I know that's technically not until next week, but hey, next week's theme is already set as Christmas. Same rules apply:
  • No violations of the AUP will be tollerated (I doubt we'll have trouble with that...)
  • Image Resolution is to be at or less than 610 x 610 pixels
  • All entries due by Saturday, December 20, 2003 at Midnight EST (-5 GMT)
  • Have fun.

This is my first try at an abstract entry. Tell me what you think. As a n00b at this, I may have used too many filters.

that's very original, skip. Probably not gonna win, but it's extremely original. good job.

Calm down, this is my irst PhotoShop entry. this was done on Paint Shop pro 7 andyays. Alot different.
 
There's no limitations on how you create this work, all that matters is that it's created (besides, it's typical for newer people to use filters like they're all that's in the program...).
 
I use filters, and I'm not at all new. I've been using photoshop for years now. I'll see what I can do for this one, I need some ideas... hmm...
 
:lol: I love this. I didn't use any filters just so some people know. It turned out good and was only about a half an hours worth of work. I found the snowmen on a yahoo image search. Obviously I did the optional Christmasy theme.
EDIT: Sorry if it looks big again, can't help it.

Christmas is next week, but something tells me that this is going to be running through that anyway. BTW, I like he snowmen...

Thanks, I meant winter theme as in it's December; snowy, cold, Chrimstasy-ness. You know.:)

:lol: Those snowman rock. Did you draw 'em yourself?

I only have one small grudge against it. There is no 1px black border!
 
No if you read my post you'll know I got them from a yahoo! image search--> cartoon snowmen. Thanks for the comment, I might add a black border.
EDIT: There I put the black border and my name on it. (It's small don't worry.)
 
Well I guess so, if not I'll take this down. I kept with the funny snowmen stuff.:D

nope...i was just playin around with some gradients and some flaming pear filters in paint shop pro 7 (all i got)....and this is what i came up with...
