Now, let this week's competition begin! Optional Theme is Equality, and the rules are the same as always:

  • No violations of the AUP will be tollerated (I doubt we'll have trouble with that...)
  • Image Resolution is to be at or less than 610 x 610 pixels
  • All entries due by Saturday, January 24, 2004 at Midnight EST (-5 GMT)
  • Image must be able to be printed the way it is shown, this means no animated gifs or 3D render-files (you can enter a 2D angle of it, but not the 3D thing).
  • Have fun.

Duct tape Rules!

Go for it!

What exactly is "Bryce"? I mean, if it's just some kind of graphics editor then you're set, but if it just generates images for you then you can't use it.

Doesn't make the images for you, it's basicly a 3d rendering program. The last contest bryce was used, the one with the triangle and the trees. The trees are premade, u can just add those in there, then set the sky color, and the ground, then you can form that thing he made between them. It's an easy, yet challenging program.

Bryce is ok then, even if it does have its "stamps" (even photoshop has stamps, but that doesn't disqualify it)

meh, only 4 entries, that's not worth a poll, so I'm gonna let it run another week and allow 2 entries per person (just because I like seeing a semi-large poll...)

What a load of tripe, 17 hours over due I see no poll set up yet it shouldn't matter.

My deviant gallery is full of similar stuff.

Here's something I whipped up in a little while. Just to add some spice into this already booming competition (note the sarcasm).

I said I'm letting it run another week, with a limit of 2 entries per person. How did you even get "2 more entries until poll" from what I said? The poll is going to happen on Sunday, February 1, 2004 sometime in the afternoon, but all entries are due by midnight on Saturday, January 31, 2004 (EST). Hope that clears it all up, but just in case...

I think you mean midnight Sunday. Midnight is AM. It's is the start of the new day. Unless you really do want the deadline as first thing Saturday morning.

I just don't want there to be any confusion, like, in future competitions.

Maybe I'm just too picky.

My answer, Fatigue.

Well personally I don't see why this is abstract? - Why can't this be random computer art competition.

I think Jpec is doing fine, I just misunderstood him.
