Calling New Zealanders who have had DFP Probs!

Hey ppl, just yesterday my dfp broke, its nothing too serious but the clamp which holds the wheel on the desk...well one of them snapped while i was playing! so its not exactly usable at the moment I have looked everywhere to try and find a NZ number for logitech (coz everyone says if anything goes wrong with ur DFP call logitech themselves ) i just can't seem to find a New Zealand number for logitech, only Australia.

Has anyone from NZ had probs with their DFP? if so what was done about it? did u take it straight back to where u got it or is there a number for logitech i have missed? Thanks guys in advance

oh and if for some reason it isn't replaced, im gonna get out the tools and bolt the bastard to my desk by any means necessary lol

dude, thankfully that hasn't happened to my wheel, but my foot pedals did crap out on me a few times. took it back to where i got it, they "fixed" it but had the same probs a few days later - ended fixing it myself (the easier option in the end). good luck with the logitech number. bolting the bugger sounds good as a last option.

Thanks guys for ur replies, im calling logitech today and i have just finished emailing them telling them how pissed i am...coz i called barrells and they said nah i don't think that will be covered in the warranty...bull**** lol. Anyways, either way it'll get sorted. I agree its good to see some NZers! nothing like GT to bring us together huh? Cheers guys
