How do you aquire this car!!

It cannot be acquired anymore. All DLC codes are either used or have expired. Luckily I have one. It is nothing special though. Just a paint job really.

It was an offer in the summer of last year, through Gillette I believe with PD for GT5. When you went to go buy a select gilette item you had the chance to unlock the car for GT5. There were offers for two others PS3 games as well. It was a limited time offer that ended said summer of 2011. Thus you can't anymore or shouldn't be able to.

From what I gather, you can't now. The deal for it is over. If you weren't from an NTSC-based country you could never get it anyway...like me.

That's incorrect. The Chrome Line codes I have technically don't expire till the end of this year. Same could apply for Stealth Models but I dunno.

Paint job, body kit and has 20 or so more horsepower than the standard SS 2010.
