and if possible some good settings i have checked the search but could not find anything that i needer or i might not have looked to goog :(

Well I don't know that this needs to be moved, but it probably should be in the drifters area.

However, to give a little help...

First off, if you really want something nasty to try, do the super license test with the trueno sprinter on ssr5 wet, that will give you a good lesson or two.

Then if you really want to get into the drifting, I would suggest using pretty much any car and putting sim tires on it. With sims, everything and anything will drift.

Of course, if none of that sounds good, then just go get yourself a mid-rear car with some power and normal tires.

Good luck.

Don't sweat it. It's not a hanging offence. You'll get more used to the forum structure here in time.

Welcome to GTP, by the way.

well i started with 2 drift cars S13 and old school RX 7

then refer to the drift settings depot thread

but if u have trouble with RWD and are anxious to take ur car sideways its very easy to tail brake drift with FF cars i drift a bone stock FTO for FF drifts

R34, 240sx type-x, Z concept, Altezza, Celica GT4, Rx7 type RZ.......ummmm......

Choosing a car to drift is a personal decision. I'd suggest reading the sticky at the top of this forum. There's a list of good cars to start with, and a list of the easiest courses to drift. Also, read the Drift Settings Depot before you try out a car. Try all the setups until you find the right one. You could also just look through the forum postings and check on people's sigs.....they usually put their favorite cars there. Sometimes, people even post their settings in these forums.

That's all I know to tell you.
Good Luck!!!!

Here ya go, this is my favorite easy drifter.

I tried drifting alot of cars, and I sucked, horribly, until I found my FD3S, I found it was alot harder to setup to drift cuz it was so stinking stable a car. RX7's are natural track cars imo. Anyways, I spent about 2 days perfecting my setup on it, and its a really easy car to drift imo. Not to say you cant spin it, but its alot more intuitive to drive I think.
