The pace car was in GTConcept. There was a license test and you had to stay just behind the pace car.

yep those are not lights in the distance, makes the game a bit more realistic again, the inclusion of flags (yellow flag etc..) would be good also.

This is pretty cool. Perhaps we'll see such pace cars at the bigtime endurances in GT4. Whether or not we'll see any real variety in pace cars remains to be seen. But it looks like Gran Turismo is "maturing" more as a racing game. I've said some of the menus look real professional, but the action on the track is looking more professional as well. Pace cars and stuff... When are we going to see a Mini Cooper pace car? (^_^)

GTC 2002 TOKYO-GENEVA (PAL) had the PACE CAR in it, we at GTH (with the help of our good friend MK) were able to use the PACE CAR, here is a video i made of the PACE CAR 👍

it was & still is fun lol, i made that video awhile ago but anybody that has the PAL GTC game and MK's program can use the SKILINE PACE CAR
for those who dont know we (GTH) are the ones that hacked GT3 and found all the GAMESHARK 2 codes, then one of our members (MK) made the program that compiled all the codes so we could HYBRID the cars easier
