I've tried that myself. I've got the PAL sig ed. Just wondering, seems like that's another way of doing this right?
Get a PS plus account and copy one of my B-day PSN's save game there and trade the login password to someone who want those DLC cars so they get them downloaded to their own PS3. Does that work?

If you can put them online, the other person wanting to borrow it can't. I know this as someone on my friends list had the Nissan GT-R Special car and I tried to borrow it but it came up with an error.
