I've looked over your ini file here (although you didn't post the first three lines for region, car name and car, so I couldn't run it), and here's a few points

Nice idea, with one drawback. Downforce, as with all other settings, is cyclical - once you exceed a certain value it resets to zero and starts again. I'm not sure what that number is, but from previous experience I'd guess at about 2.5. This is set to 10.00 front, 10.25 rear. If I'm right at 2.5, that's the equivalent of 0DF front and 0.25DF rear.

I'd set this to a sensible value - -100 and -126, or set both lines to 0 for the maximum

You need to work on settings I'm afraid. Camber of 2.0/1.0 is stock, novice crap. Ride height of 45/45 is only suitable for the Test Course. I don't know WHAT you've done with Toe, but this won't help you at all - and 17.4/17.5 springs won't help in cornering in the slightest.

My number one "advanced" hybrid guideline is "Don't mess with Grip." My number two guideline is "I said DON'T MESS WITH GRIP". Return these settings to stock for the chassis.

More settings guidance needed here... Damper settings of 5 all around are again, stock novice crap. Your LSD is set as a RWD cars would be - check your drivetrain type.. LSD should be fitted to complement the drivetrain. If it's not FR/MR/RR change the LSD for one that fits.
