To complete the game I have to finish Formula GT, but I hate driving it (Its hard)

My friends got a the "completed reward car" for getting bronze in it and not finishing all races (In tournament, not doing them 1 by 1)

Can I just complete them all 1by 1 or is that not going to cut it (Also then I suppose I have to complete all with a gold?)

I loved the FGT car in previous games but in GT5 I hate it also.

But with a litte bit of suspension/aero tuning its better to drive and I golded the events.

There is no chance in hell I am going to win a race with a car like this on The ring :) I am so bad on the ring

You have to finish the races in sequence not individually.
In GT5 the FGT has lost all its downforce (possibly to do with the inclusion of the F1 car).
The FGT championship is not that hard really, you just have to get to the front and not crash, the AI gets a huge boost when you are leading and you wont lose them but at the same time they are reluctant to overtake.
If you desperatley need a set up PM me but it is doable on stock settings.

Yes, the boost is really annoying. When you are in last place you can take 10s on the lead car per lap. But when in first you can barely pull away.

You have to win the championship, but you don't necessarily have to win all the races to do this. It's best to learn the earlier tracks, epecilly those that are never wet and ensure you can win these. The wet ones, you'll probably give up on - I did and I wound up winning the championship by 5 points!

I thought it was one of the better championships. I did it 3 times, First time with a proper tune. Killed all the other cars by at least 2 minutes. Second time I cut back my top speed to match theirs, and the third time I cut my downforce in half. All on racing medium, btw.

I thought it was pretty easy (as in lapping guys easy) and I didn't even touch the suspension or brake balance. Just adjusted transmission and aero.

Tires:
Front - Racing Soft
Rear - Racing Hard

Aero:
Front - 70 (55 on Indy)
Rear - 90 (55 on Indy)

Transmission:
1st - 5.300
2nd - 4.333
3rd - 3.543
4th - 2.897
5th - 2.368
6th - 1.936
7th - 1.583
Final Gear - 3.271 (2.780 on Indy)

If I remember correctly, I might have come last at the Ring. As has been said, you don't need to win every race in order to win the championship. And if I'm not mistaken, you can just suspend and backup save after every race, and if you're not happy with the outcome, you just restore the previous save. That should work, right? Might take you a while to do the championship and prevent you from doing anything else GT5 for the time being, but it may be an option?

I did this over the weekend and boy was it hard.. The first race I won but after the second race, it was all downhill..

I would be in first the few laps but after words, I be in last trying to catch up. Out of the 6 races, i was in last and had to catch up..

I wouldn't mind it if it was 10 laps.. But 20 laps each race sure takes an toll on you.. It took me an solid 3 hours to finish the whole series. But at the same time, all I have is a few endurance a-spec races and the ring b-spec and I will be finish on both the series...

However though, I still have the special events to finish up..

I am at Suzuka now, gotten gold, gold, bronze, gold, how many races left?

How the hell do you get 2 minutes :s impossible to distance the oppenents here, they get so much faster when they are behind, and isnt the only tunes some downforce and such? Or can you fit extra power in it (Then I missed that)
