Can I receive a car and give one on the same day?

[projektpatrick]

I have an X2010 on my account, but I already received a car from a friend today. Looking to gift it to a really good friend for his birthday If it still lets me with the million dollar thing...

You can receive multiple cars daily, you can only gift one per day (reset to reset) as of now....
