Can I stop the wheel wobble with the X2010?

So I just received my free X2010. I never had one before. Frankly because I didn't care for a fake car. Anyways, I thought I'd take it for a spin today using my DFGT. Well it seems that going straight in this car is impossible in less I hold my wheel with a death grip. The wheel wobbling makes this car absolutely horrible to drive. I only play with force feedback at a 5 too. Seriously what gives? Is there a solution?

I'd like to know this too. I also have the DFGT and WOW! All I can say is "hold on for dear life" when driving this car with a DFGT.

Hold the wheel firmly, no other way. Maybe lower the FFB.

I have no troubles keeping the car straight, unless of course I let go the wheel. Only then it wobbles until it spins.

Change the deadzone and saturation settings under the controller options.

Is this possible or are you just pulling my leg? I believe the fanatec wheels have this adjustable on the wheel, but I know the DFGT does not have any adjustable wheel settings from with in the wheel. Are these settings available in the game?

I just took it out for a spin, but I don't remember the wheel wobble, maybe in a few sections, but not through the whole Suzuka course. (Did the challenge)

I do this with my G25. The feedback force is strong with this one.
It's completely borked too. At low speeds it makes the FFB motors work against each other, causing horrible clacking. I would really advise taking the power plug out, as this most certainly can damage your G25.

I think that's what most people that use wheels do

Yup...

I ain't ever using the X2010 again with my G27... 👎
It will kill the wheel very quickly. :nervous:

PD should just remove the damn 'thing'....! 💡

Well for now just unplug the power cord. On the 11th there will be an update maybe it will be fixed then. I just unplug my G27 and....WHEW.... that thing is fast!!!!!

It's in the game, get to it from the options menu. I'm not %100 on what's actually there, it's been awhile. Its possible I'm thinking of F1 with those settings but GT definitely has something. At any rate I've played with whatever settings there are and I don't have ever have issues like your describing with the X1 or anything else, it's just damn hard lol

You can't really fix that, it's much, much better on Fanatec wheels but it's still present.
I used a G25 on GT5 - and the wobble happen on every car I drove, with my GT3 RS it only happens on F1, X2010 and Group B cars so I had to make a tune for those (wheel tune).
Here's what I use:

S_1 (standard, my default everyday setup)
SEN 900
FFB 100
SHO 100
ABS 85
DRI OFF
DZ 0
SPR 0
DMP 0
LIN 0

S_2 (high-speed race cars)
SENS 720
FFB 100
SHO 100
ABS 85
DRI OFF
DZ 10
SPR 0
DMP 0
LIN 0

S_3 (F1 and X2010)
SENS 480
FFB 20
SHO 100
ABS 85
DRI OFF
DZ 20
SPR -3
DMP -3
LIN 0

S_4 (rally cars)
SENS 540
FFB 70
SHO 100
ABS 85
DRI OFF
DZ 10
SPR 0
DMP 0
LIN 0

Those work perfectly for me and what's most important - pretty much neutralise the wobble.
I hope 2.0 will fix this...

Bring the front toe in. Make it positive 50 or so. This should help In theory.

I actually LEAN on one side or the other to prevent it.

I've driven alot of shoddy cars irl that wobble like the x2010 at 60 mph!

Adapt and overcome.

But when I did vettel challenges I unplugged my power supply from the g27.. Lol

I had the same problem with the wheel wobble on my Fanatec GT2 for X2010. But the only reason I had the GT2 hooked up was to play Forza4. I removed the GT2 and hooked up my Thrustmaster T500RS. No wobble with the Thrustmaster wheel at all. It went from undriveable to rock steady.

DFGT will always wobble with a X2010
just put the force feedback to 1 and then practice and practice

Unplugging takes all the feel out of it.

1.) Decrease FFB.
2.) Reduce downforce progressively until it stops.

I got wheel wobble with my t500 .......Not a fan of the x10 at all.........it will be untouched. Have 4 now. The other cars look great love the GT-R R35 TC :)

Hmm... I wonder why my t500 doesn't wobble, but Carson's does. Any other t500 users having problems with the X2010? It does wobble bad with the GT2.
