The good new is that everything work in the right way . Some settings have a strong , medium , or weak influence on the behavior of the car.
Look for any good tuning tutorial (like this one http://www.rapid-racer.com/suspension-tuning.php)and begin from the Strong to the weak settings.
The main problem with the settings in GTS is that the setting window for each parameter of the car is to narrow or a given car is already too close from the max or minimum (or even out) of the window setting possibility, turning impossible the tuner to reach an ideal value.
*Strong:
Ride height
Springs
Camber
Downforce
*Medium
Differential
TOE alignement settings
*Weak
Brake bakance (with ABS)
Dampers
Anti roll bars
Good luck.
