Can log into PSN via GT5 site

for some reason i'm now able to log into playstation network although everywhere else it's down.

i know it's pretty useless but perhaps it means that PSN isn't far off making a return ?

some people on another forum i'm using are saying they're receiving dns errors or the maintenance notice from that link still. yet i've logged in fine, can update my GT5 Home Settings, check for gifts etc fine.

on the friends list there's still no one listed as online of course.

yeah that has been covered you can also still receive updates anduse netflix psn is still down
