Can online racing be saved?F1 2010-2016

First online races on F1 2012! So many noobs! Check out some shocking moments!
My question is can it be improved so the better drivers have clean fun races?

Yes there is good racing; takes a while to find good racers

I agree it is possible, however I personally find it very difficult to actually get the 1st lap completed without some sort of incident that was no fault of my own. I also get fed up of settling into a good race, chasing the person in front only for them to ram me off track when I go for the overtake.

I would love to meet in a private room with like minded people who enjoy 25% race distance and are clean and fair.
