Can players enter my lounge and play when I am offline?

If you are offline, you cannot have a lounge.

Your lounge is open 24/7 for your friends and their friends etc to join whether you are online or not. Because everyone (not just the host) can set the settings/regulations in your lounge it doesn't matter who enters first.

The first person to enter the room is the host. Just because it's your lounge doesn't mean you have to be the host. As mentioned, in your personal lounge unlike the open lounges, everyone can change the settings/regulations.

The little icon to the top right of the lounge mug allows you to follow your friends to the room they are in. Therefore if your friend is in your lounge, all of his/her friends can follow him/her into your lounge.

Yes he can. He can join his friend, which results in him joining your lounge. 👍
