Can you get Historic Orange paint chip?

Well, I want this paint so badly but for some unknown reason - McLaren cars don't give you the paint chips...
So, my question is - can you get the Historic Orange paint chip from daily log-on bonus?

Yeah, I bought both the F1 and MP4 12c and didnt get either oranges, but I remember seeing a photo showing the paint feature when GT5 came out of an Audi R8 in the paint shop about to be painted Mclaren Orange, so there must be a way to get those chips!💡

I think you may have missed the point.. He was asking if you get the chip into your inventory so he could re-paint anything in historic orange.. Which doesn't seem possible.
