On these crappy headphones that came with my sister's old CD player:

I'll try later with my Shure E2C's.

Holy crap Pako, you're all over the place.

*snip*

I know..I'll have to try it with headphones later. Seems like all the frequencies that are shared with other noises in the room are the problem frequencies. Solid headphones should eliminate some of that and give a better representation of what's happening in my head.

Nice curve BTW. Protect those ears....

I can't seem to hear things past about 14-15khz. I also couldn't hear the 30Hz sound but it could be my crappy headphones.

My sound curve looks pretty flat in the higher frequency but curves upward the lower the frequency gets.

Actually I just tried it again and my dad heard it! Hmm...

It's pretty annoying - I hear it all the time, the TVs, earphones n stuff. I heard this sound faintly. I accdiently voeted for "no"...my bad...

wow. Im 16 and I can't hear it at all. But then again, it's a family problem to not hear things high pitched like that. My dad couldnt join the military because of it. Don't know why, we just can't hear high pitched noises like that. but thats an awesome idea.

well, I experimented further with it I turned everything in volume control all the way up and faintly heard it. but not enough to distract my attention anywhere. If I had it on in a classroom or something, I wouldnt hear it.

That sound made my eyes water for some reason. I'm 32 and could hear it, though.

I'd never think it of it as a ringtone, though...Evil kids.

I tried 30Hz on better speakers at home and I can hear it (barely). I still can't hear 16kHz, but my wife can.

17, can hear it quite clearly. But's it's not a comfortable sound. I wouldn't use it as a ringtone. Sure it's stealthy, but it kinda hurts. Why not go with good 'ol fashioned vibrate?

I know people that have got caught when their phones vibrated against the chairs they were sitting on.

25 and heard it, which surprises me since years of loud music has wrecked havoc on my ears.

Plus i'm half deaf in my right ear after getting my drum popped during a fight, which leads me to wonder if this thing really works.

I thought I couldn't hear it but my speakers weren't on.
