If you're talking about ghosting in lobbies, that's only fully turned off if all penalties and the flags are disabled.

I KNOW THAT BUT I TALKING ABOUT ON LOBBIES THE BUY THE GT7 ONLY FOR WE CAN PLAY ON DAYTONA WITH NO GHOST WHEN WE HIT EACH OTHER AND FOR THAT REASON THE DON'T PLAY GT7 AT ALL

Did this video seriously question why the driver is losing time when letting off the throttle during initial acceleration and then taking sketchy af lines through turns and even brushing walls? What did they expect?
No idea regarding the ghosting tho, maybe an anti-idiot-rammer-ghosting is always turned on.
