Can you the use F1 cars (2007 + 2010) in arcade mode? Specifically 2 player split screen?

I believe you can. Its just A-Spec and B-Spec modes you can't use them on.

Do you know this for certain? Because i'm about spend 10m on the 2010 one, but if I can't use it in 2 player split screen then I won't buy it.

No I don't know for certain if you can use it in 2 player split screen. But you do need a F10 for some of the seasonal events.
