Can you trade the cars in the OCD that are normally 1M+?

I think I read somewhere that its not the actual amount of credits that doesn't allow you, Its the fact that those cars have been placed on a trading ban list...

So when you try to send a car normally worth over 1 Mill, Whats stopping you is the server recognizing that car as being on the no trade list.

Not the server recognizing the cost of the car.

So I would assume the same cars that were unable to be gifted, are still that way. Good question though. Test it yourself.

It's the as-new value of the car. A half price car still has the same, as-new full price. So no, you can't.

Why would anyone bother trading these cars anyway? The only reason you wouldn't be able to buy them would be the level cap for purchasing them and, given the right settings, you could quite easily level up from practically nothing to 24 (high enough to buy any standard car) in an hour or so at the moment.
