Cancelled comp

Sorry guys, had family issues that needed (and still need) attending. If I can get to it tonight I will be online later so just PSN me if you see me on. Also this issue has me needing to change the date of the # round competition. It will be Monday instead of Tuesday, same time 11:00 P.M. GMT. Again, new date for comp September 17th at 11:00 P.M. GMT

Hmm ok, I got to work at 10pm (EST) that day..... so I can be there till around 9pm most
 
No biggie r4, I was unable to play last night also.

Now that comp is over I have a question, was it me or the Rally cars really suck but then again I only have a 2001 Impreza, 08 Citroen and the Toyota ugly looking truck wich was the only one that broke into the 9s the other two were in the high 10s. What you guys think?

It wasant really a comp so to say just a chance to tune them. Yes they wernt as good as their normal car counterparts but for 1250kg on most and under 500HP they did pretty good. Didint have a high 10s car all were mid 10s and the one RSC that is beastly. The fastest rally cars are from the 80s when the weight limits seemed to be lower I got the 205 and RS200 to almost 10 flat. Join me tonight if you guys can.
 
Too bad I just saw this post and it didn't help wifey was watching the X factor so TV was occupied and I refuse to use the old one in the room, lol.

I'll keep an eye out for those old school rally cars then, specially the Ford I kind of like how it looks, wonder how the Focus rally does. Do you have one? The Impreza I have is at .7xx :ill:.

Keep this competition in mind guys. Remember the date of the comp has changed to Monday, September 17th @ 11:00 P.M. GMT. I want to get some opinions about future competitions to think what we will do next. I have too many ideas floating around in my head. Below is a list of competition possibilities.

We never did run the Rally Cars. That could become a competition.

High HP AWD Competition. Any AWD that has 700HP and weight 1300kg. Skylines, Audis, Lambos and such. Weight might change. Hp will too depending on the settable limit online.

Wagon Competition; High 400sHP range; would be on the heavy end of weight, 1300kg, this way Legacys, Imprezas, and the Nissan and Mitsubishi could be involved. Dont know the HP for the Avant but it might qualify too.

Classic European Competition; this would involve a limit on HP and weight but I dont know the specs. Only saying a limit because as the Japanese Competition had a good turn out and run we all used just 1 car, 1971 NIssan 240Z. I want see a varied amount of cars running. It would be a fair limit so that most of the classics can compete.

My friend Jeep_Thing thought up a Luxury Car Competition. This one sounded fun. 601HP; 1500kg limits. Jaguars, Lexus 300, Mercedes. It would be 4 door sedans and the have to be luxury passenger cars. You all know what is meant by 4 door sedan luxury cars.

A 5 round Competition all about the 90s. 4 placing rounds with a 4 car battle at the end. Varied HPs and drivetrains. I would say 2 AWD rounds, 2 FR rounds, and the championship round will be MR.

Give me some feedback and let me know what you guys think and when and what order we should do all of these, Should I shorten the time inbetween the comps? I said 2 weeks for this competition because I thought everyone needed time to tune. How many of you have your cars tuned for the current comp?

This sounds really good r4... For the current I'm working with the Italians now but just notice that I haven't touch any for the last round so will do soon.
 
I'll vote for a "Wagon Competition" for the next one, since I've got a few but don't know if the times are any good or bad..!!!

btw, I need to begin working on the cars for tomorrow's competition.... till now I didn't do anything :(

but I'll be there with something to race.... for sure
 
^^^ What do u mean u didn't do anything, lol. Anyways wagon comp sounds good I have 3 and 4 if we can count the Air-Trek (Mitsubishi Outlander) as one.

Actually I have a couple Scooby's as well.

I hope everyone turns out for it. Im gonna PM everyone and remind everybody. Next comp only 1 week for tuning. Wagons is the first reply to whats next so we'll go with it. HP and kg regulations coming tomorrow. All my of comps will most likely be Mondays at 11:00 P.M. GMT. Until my work schedule changes but I'm guarnteed Mondays off.

Sadly Im afraid the Volvo wont compare to the others. Most of the wagons in the game are AWD so it would be the Mitsubishis, Nissans, Audis, Subarus, and maybe others but it will be AWD. Might do another 3 round one like before. Wagons, Classic European, and something else for championship round. Any suggestions?
 
It was a fun competition last night. A lot of unexpected wins and close races. Thanks to all who participated. Next competition is up and in the OP. Have fun tuning and Congratulations to last comps winner and runner up who recive a 1,000,000Cr. car for 1st and a 500,000Cr. car for 2nd.
 
Yea I wish you could have made it slash. Maybe for this Wagon one. The next comp will involve FF cars as well so be ready to tune one after the wagon competition.
 
I cant seem to find a decent wagon!!!!! :lol:
I hope to come across something nice by refreshing my UCD over and over but so no luck. :(
