Cannot change cars?

For some reason, I cannot change to any of my premium cars except for my go-kart. I can't figure out why I shouldn't be able to. Is anyone else having this problem or is there an explanation for this? I can view the car in my garage but the "Change Car" and "Tuning" buttons are missing.

You have to remove them from Online status. There should be a Globe icon next to the Favorites "Star" icon, click it off and you should be good to go. Yea, it's annoying.

I also found that if you have a car set to online, and then for some reason the GT Online network goes down, you cant access those cars until the network is back up.
