Can't get 100%, definite BUG in the game

Grumpy, wrong. When I first did the series I got the clear/unclear option when I repeated. Also I have tried single races as well.

DLogan - licences do not count towards 100%.

Clearly there are some bugs here, and different ones too. I did the Audi TT, cups showed up and I got %. So it could be that some people end up with 100% and some do not, very annoying if you are in the latter group.

It is possible to get 100% in the game (well the PAL one) with an ARMax code. I used the All Golds code and also the Mission Halls code and got a 100% game (which I am at the moment 22 cars short of filling out the arcade on).

What about those of who want to use more legitimate methods of getting 100% (i.e by playing the game)?? I really dont want this bug to strike me and ruin a lot of hard work.

I redid the subaru series where you win the touring car (I want the different colours) and did not get the clear option. I have never got the clear option for series. The option is not needed as you get the prize car if you win the series.
The clear option is only there for single race series.
 
i used a Audi TT 3.2 for the TT cup and got 3 golds + a prizecar + more % and i used the car in other cups as well :)

I think i don't have a prob too, can the guy who has the problem tell his dairy on things concerning Audi, the races and important happenings.
 
I think I just had a similar bug, some minutes ago. But it didn't have to do with audi TTs or the european challenge.

I was racing the japanese championship (first series race in japanese hall), with a Nismo 400R. I got gold on the first 4 races, then proceeded to save before the last one (suzuka). After saving, my completion % was 14.9 percent.

I went to race, but finished 5th (got unlucky :sly: ). But finishing 1-1-1-1-5, I still managed to complete the series in 1st. Got the prize car, saved, and after saving I noticed my percentage was now 14.6! I thought "WHAT THE...??"

I found that strange, and took the prize car (fairlady nissan z) to re-run that last race. Finished 1st, but now my percentage was still 14.7%.

Please note I'm 99.9999999% sure my percentage initial percentage was 14.9. Not 100%, but thought it would be prudent to warn you.
If so, am I doomed?? :nervous:

I have the PAL version of March 9th, for the record.

That's weird... Maybe the 14.9% wasn't good, so the game changed back again. Dunno. Each race is about 0.1-0.2% for your completion.

But this is weird. I have the PAL version too, from March 9 (or that I had it March 8 already, dunno anymore :P) and I have 100%. But if it's a bug, it should be with everyone, and not just a few persons. Maybe it's a fault in the series, dunno. That just a few series of copies are affected by bugs. This is real weird.... :odd:

But I hope you're not doomed, because if you are, you'll only know by the time you've done everything... But dunno if it's that important to get the 100% mark. The only thing you get by reaching 100% is the black F1 car, which is the same in performance (I believe) as the F1 car you win at the Nurburgring 24H Endurance.
 
Yeah, really really weird... Maybe that percentage wasn't right at first, or maybe my eyes were fooling me :ill: . I'll count the races I have done, and try to find out what my real percentage is. Anywhere where I can find sort of a table with the % awarded for each race? (wonder if anyone bothered with that? 💡 )
Anyway, I don't think I would be able to do mission 34 :scared:
If I find out more about this, I'll let you know

For mission 34:
Drive at the limit, make no errors, and practise a lot. Then you'll pass that mission. It took me an afternoon to complete this mission.:P But after an afternoon you know the circuit and car quite well, well enough to pass the mission.:)

And yeah, keep us up to date here, wanna know what it is...
 
Well it's being pretty difficult to guess how much % I should have by now :crazy: . By my calculations it could be one or the other (since I don't know which races are 0.1 and 0.2%) But since I saw no one else complaining about this, I'm beggining to think it was just my mistake (and I hope so). I'll know by the time I finish the game :dopey:
Well if that's the case, sorry about the fuss. I'll come here if I get a definite answer.

I have been reading all the messages from this thread from when it was opened and i have just reached the same problem. I am certain that I have obtained gold in every race meeting (championships and events) But my status is reading 99.3%. So at this present time going on the evidence everyone has given there is no way around the problem and i just have to live with the fact that i have completed GT4 but the game won't verify that with me resulting in me not getting the black F1 car. Piss take or what!!
