Cant navigate the menu

So i just restarted my system, and loaded up onto the main menu of GT5, and i can't navigate it at all. I have tried with my wheel and a standard controller, and they just won't work. I can't do anything.

If you are using your wheel, is the power in, as well as the USB?

What wheel are you using? Did you have both the controller on (as P1) and the wheel on (as P1) at the same time?

I've had issues like that playing other games where I forgot to unplug the wheel (G25) while using the controller and some of the buttons would not work.

Yes everything is plugged in, the arrow doesn't even show up on the menu.

Driving force GT, and they weren't plugged in at the same time.
