I'll never get 100% I don't think, I've been at 70% for about 4 months now.

i've been at 72.4% for just about that time, mabe 3 months

And in fact the licences are only necessary to gain access to events - they don't give any percentage at all, pass or gold. You don't actually need an S-Licence at ALL to get 100%...

You asked a question which didn't need to be asked, as it had already been answered in the thread, a very clear indication that you haven't, in fact, read the thread completely. Nor, I suspect, at all.

Thank god, i haven't done that License for not actually needing it, bob clears all my S-license events easily!:sly:
 
I'm new to GT4, but maybe you have to get all of the cars as-well; just a guess.
 
No, the cars have nothing to do with it. The only reason to collect all the cars is to gain access to them in arcade mode.

And as just said in the thread, the guy said that he never won the 1,000 miles championship, so once he completes that, and gets the final prize car, he will have completed the game.
