Can't receive red bull x2010s

I just looked today and found the red bull x2010s for seb winning the championship. It ask's me to add to my items list then when I go there nothing show's up. Do you have to be a certain level to receive it?

Have someone send you another item like a paint chip or gear. Or send it to yourself, if you have another account setup. When you receive it, select "Receive All" at the top and that should clear the "stuck" gift.

If nothing works, well you are not missing out on much. That car is neat for a little bit, but the novelty wore off pretty quickly for me. I honestly used it once to let Bob race and it was comical. Reminded me of watching a Benny Hill show. Just needed the music and some women running from it lol.
