Can't receive ticket!

Hello out there!

I just got a ticket send from a friend, but i can't receive it! When i go to community and press "Yes" on "Do you want to add this to your "Items" list?" nothing happens! I've tried pressing "Receive all" aswell, but still nothing happens!
 
I've heard sending an item more and then receiving should fix the problem, so could anyone send some random low tier paint to kavsen0507?
 
Just have person who sent ticket also send a paint chip. That normally "unclogs" the receive end.

I would help but not at home right now.
 
Also, if you have a sub account, send yourself something & that should sort it out. It's happened to me twice.

Have you maxed out up to 7000 items? That does it as well. You can't recieve until you dump some items.
