Can't Save Game

I have never backed up my game yet but I figured I better. When I go to back up by gt file with a usb, it doesn't find the usb. Says something like "connect save device".

What's going on? Yes, the usb works. It blinks when I pit it into the ps3. Do I need to format it a certain way or what?

Is it formatted to FAT32?

No you don't need to format

You right-click on it and then click on info

Found where it says FAT16, need to figure out how to change it....

Open Disk Utility, select your USB drive, then Erase, the format to MS-DOS.
