Can't update to 1.10 [ERROR 800710723]

Hey guys,

l'm having lots of trouble trying to update my gt5 to te 1.10 version.

I've been trying to download the updates from the very beggining of the patch. At first i thought that it downloaded very slow cause others may be downloading it too. But today i've tryed again with the same results.

When i press (X) to start de download, it stays in 0% and it shows :" Remaining time 9800 minutes" (Sometimes 8000 mins). Then, it pops up an error message saying the patch couldnt be downloaded. It's ERROR 800710723

I've tried to download it from different users, I've restarted the modem and the wifi router, I've turned off the ps3, wait and turn it on again.

I do already upgraded my console to the 3.60v

Already tryied with the enthel cable but it says 5000 minutes for just 340 mb... (it commonly takes 10-12 minutes.)

Wired connections are mostly faster.

And try to disable the Media Server Connections in the Network Options.

How much time should it take to download and update it? Cause it still appears "5000 minutes remaining" (aprox numer...)

And did you adjust your Internet Connection Settings in the Network Options for your wired conection?

I dont understand what settings you are talking that i should adjust. When i start the wired conection I set it up in "Auto" or "Easy" set up. The ps3 does all the work. I just enter my wifi password.

My computer downloads 340mb in 10 minutes (aprox 500kb/s) I dont understand why it appears "4000 minutes remaining time" in the ps3....
 
Do speediest.net on your connection, as TeddyBear suggests. It sounds like you've got clogged pipes.
