Not understanding the "share with friends" feature. If I select a car to share, I can no longer use the car myself? The manual says you can use your shared car as normal. Am I not understanding this correctly?

before patch. "share" was used for you friends to SEE your cars.

now after patch. they can drive your cars also. and you can't use then unless you take them off share. just like your b spec drivers.

hope that helped

6-16 of the manual reads that as others use a car that is shared the original owner should be able to use at the same time. I hope this comes true as it is not working now.

Just reading that now. Says "Cars can still be used normally by their owners even when they are on loan to friends". I think they should fix this.

They should fix it. It's pretty annoying to use currently, because the odds are the cars you want to share are the ones you are "proud of" and therefore also the ones you still want to drive yourself.

Awareness may lead to a cure!

(P.S. 10% of the cash prizes earned by friends when using your car would be niiiice)

What I'd equally like them to fix, is that friends who use my car will actually be able to give it an oil change. Why is it that I have to change the oil for them? Isn't it enough that I loan them my car?

Borrowed cars accumulate no mileage or damage btw. Borrower could gift you a set of racing tires :)

I thought it didn't put miles on it when driven by a friend?

Edit: some one beat me to it.

Probably a good thing with my friends. So, that means I have to make sure I've changed the oil before I share it, and then it'll be in top condition always?
