Cany you purchase 2 DLC car packs

I looked all over and cant find an answer. If I purchase the complete DLC pack, can I reorder and pay for the car pack again? I am hoping to have 2 of each DLC car, so that one can remain "tuning prohibited". Does anyone know if this is possible?

You should be able to purchase them in your New Car Department after an update in December. I hope I wasn't dreaming that. Maybe someone could verify.

Buy it once. PD will release a patch in December that will allow those who bought the DLC to buy the cars from the dealer as many times as they want.
