Hi, I'm a noob who was looking for the stats for the cars across each group and found this forum. Sadly I couldn't find a full car list with the ratings for each category, so I've made one. Attached is a list of all the cars I've come across and the corresponding stats from GTS.

It's sorted by "Total Score" which is just a simple sum of the Max Speed, Acceleration, Braking, Cornering, Stability ratings. I do realise it's not as simple as that to find a car that is both capable and suits your driving style, but it's the most subjective way I could think of listing them and it's helped me save some time ruling out cars which don't really suit my style.

If I've missed any cars or got some numbers wrong, do post up and I'll make corrections. I know I'm missing the 2014 BMW M4 Safety Car and 2014 Mercedes-AMG GT S Safety Car so if anyone has the numbers, please share. I may well have duplicated content that is already elsewhere on the forum, if so, apologies.

v2 list added 09/11/17 - updated car names to reflect the game and also corrected some errors.

Thanks to @Diver9543 for the Safety Car Numbers.

Thanks indeed!!

Nice job, Dude!!!

It would also be great if you include additional columns for MAXED (using Miles upgrade) Power, Weight (with maximum weigth redution) and finally Maxed BHP/Tone column!!! :)

Does anyone else find these numbers misleading? Both in the game and the for real life cars. You would think the STI would be the cornering monster. Yet is is only 3.1 and its acceleration oddly is the highest? Very odd, if you ask me and even in the game it seems to me that some cars that have high cornering ratings don't corner as well as lower rated cars. My examples were taken from the GT4 cars. Now the subaru does corner well. But the Cayman GT4 seems to corner better for me. And im mostly speaking of going through the campaign mode so I don't get to choose or upgrade my tires even, much less anything else. And I have seen cars out accelerate that STI so many times. I just wonder if anyone else feels this way. I'm mostly speaking of GT4 and GT3 cars or even some of the N100-N600 road cars. I haven't much experience with the Prototype class yet.

I total agree with you... mostly on the Overall (obtained by total sum of parts) to get to the best car rating (or something like that) as we know that Speed, Accel., Braking, Cornering & Stability don´t have the same "weight" to get to a global rating ,for what is the best car... (we would need to consider a multiplication factor for each.. to get there...) And also considering that the best in each is 10, and the worst is 0... (for example consider that several cars achieve speed racing factor10... and there´s no doubt that the 10 for "2015 Dodge SRT Tomahawk X Vision Gran Turismo" with a BHP / Tonne=3453 will surely be capable of getting top speed on GTS with huge supremacy!!! (more like a 15 than 10 comparing to others... )

However this compilation is very good and very usefull, simply don´t "take it by the book"... but it is a good reference indeed! :)

Oh it is his comparison list that I'm speaking of. I simply don't feel when I'm actually driving the cars that a certain cars corner better than others even though they have a better rating. Also Acceleration is a big one GT has those all over the place. My GT4 Nissan GT-R(set exactly the way it is bought) definitely seems to out accelerate my GT4 STI. But the STI has the higher acceleration ratiing. Which is puzzling anyway because in a real race no STI could out run even a base model GT-R in a straight. So what I question is the individual ratings for cornering, speed, accel, etc. for many of the cars both as they compare to other cars in the game and why they rated some cars the way they did. After all it suppose to be a real life racing sim, therfore the cars should be rated as close to there real-life counterparts. After all you can pick up any Road and Track and find comparisons that give you each and every cars 0-60, 0-100, 70-0 & 1/4 mile times. Also they have skid pad Gs and slalom speeds for each car they test. Why not base the ratings off of something similar to this. But it just doesn't seem that way when i see the ratings. But most important is that ratings they put in the game should mean that a car with a 3.9 cornerning rating should corner better than one with a 3.4 rating. But i find this is not always the case.

What can I say, besides that I agree with you?? :( (sadly)

@Stutopia Here are the figures you were wanting on Safety Cars:
Manufacturer Model Speed Accel. Braking Cornering Stability Power Weight Drive Category Total BHP / Tonne
BMW 2014 BMW M4 Safety Car 7.7 4.0 2.2 2.2 4.9 425 bhp 3300 kg FR Gr. X 3746.0 129
Mercedes-AMG 2014 Mercedes-AMG GT S Safety Car 8.4 4.7 2.4 2.4 5.2 502 bhp 3461 kg FR Gr. X 3986.1 145

Well, shoot, that didn't turn out right. I hope you can decipher it OK. I'm running on about 2 hours sleep and have dozed off here at my desk two times already.
Jerry

Oh, I did notice that you are missing the Volkswagen GTI Supersport VGT. Again, thanks for all of the effort and time you took on the spreadsheet.
Jerry

Hum... as I said before... this will not be complete until you get the power and weight values for the max upgrade avalable for each of the cars...

i think its basically the personal preference and driving style that makes the most difference. f.e., in my case i was racing with the 458 italia gr4 and getting my ass kicked online. changed for the TT cup and on the same track and the same day, my time dropped 2s/3s per lap, and i was at MY best with the ferrari. the TT is not the best car, not even that much better on the table, but on that day it worked for me very well. also from my experience: renault megane sport is a great car for someone that adapts well to the FF driving.

in my opinion, you are not going to be the best just for driving the car with the better stats.. so im just experimenting and seeing what is best for me. if it can give me constant top 5 results: Fantastic!

the table is good to help everyone have an organized map of the cars for every category.

PS: i'm a Porsche fan!

Agreed.

I put then list together quite soon after release, before I’d driven many of the Gr.4 cars. I find the Porsche a dream in the twisties, better than its ‘rating’, and I’ve clawed GTRs back in a straight line in the Scirocco, despite the GTRs domination of both Top Speed and Acceleration.

Hum... as I said before... this will not be complete until you get the power and weight values for the max upgrade avalable for each of the cars...

Send the numbers over, I’ll happily add them.

We ALL must send the numbers!!! As we are getting the cars and upgrading them with "miles"... I´ll be colecting the data from the maxed cars I have, and will post them here... if that´s ok with you! :)

Meanwhile... if you take a loog at this thread: https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/threads/gran-turismo-sport-master-car-list.337662/

You´ll see that you´re missing several cars in your list (mainly these):

- Alfa Romeo 4C Gr.3 Road Car (N500)
- Alpine Vision Gran Turismo (Gr.X)
- Alpine Vision Gran Turismo Race Mode (Gr.X)
- Chevrolet Corvette C7 Gr.3 Road Car (N500)
- Ford Mustang Gr.3 Road Car (N500)
- Mazda Atenza Gr.3 Road Car (N500)
- McLaren Ultimate Vision Gran Turismo (Gr.X)
- Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution Final Edition Gr.B Road Car (N500)
- Peugeot RCZ Gr.3 Road Car (N500)
- Subaru WRX Gr.B Road Car (N500)
- Toyota FT-1 Vision Gran Turismo (Gr.X)
- Volkswagen GTI Roadster Vision Gran Turismo (Gr.X)
- Volkswagen GTI Supersport Vision Gran Turismo (Gr.X)

You must change the 2014 Mazda LM55 Vision Grand Turismo from Group 1 to Group X, and the values ... for that car.. most probably... too!

Regarding the perfomance values (Speed, Accel., Braking, Cornering & Stability) these values will change if you change the car setup... same thing may happen to the Nx00 Category, if you upgrade (or downgrade) the Power of the motor!!! For example... the Renault Sport Meghane Trophy may reach N500 (starts as N300), and Porsche 911 GT3 RS starts as N500 and may reach N700 Category!

I took my list from there and the cars weren’t present so I deleted them from the list.

Well... they are part of the game... I even have some of them...

One doubt about the power units on your list... the engine power that you list.. are you sure about the units you are using???

Let me clarify that 1 HP=1Cv=0.9863200706 BHP !!!

If you’ve got them them, post up the figures. I’ve already said I’ll add them.
I´m compiling the full figures, with the enormous help from your worksheet, of course!!! I still haven´t find time to get the full figures (only took note of the power and weight figures of those I have... and so missing the qualities evaluation ones : from 0 to 10) ...

Sorry I miss understood, I thought you were trying to help update this list that I posted up for the community, not take the bulk of the work, tweak it and post it up somewhere else as your own.

Thanks for the contributions so far, really useful.

I'm using BHP because that's what is in the game on all the cars, I thought it'd be easier that way?

If you can think of a good reason to convert all the BHP figures to HP, I'll happily do so.

No I´m not taking the bulk of the work, Stutopia!! :) I´m using your worksheet and will give the values that are missing, but it only happens that I only have some minutes by the end of the day (and that only on 3 week days... ) to spend on that task... and as I would like to give you the full figures and not only power and weight (as I´ve noticed that I had neglected that: forgotten to take note of the evaluation figures for each car... ) That is the reason...

But just to prove that I´ve done so... these are the values for the cars I ´ve got, until now:

- Alpine Vision Gran Turismo Race Mode (Gr.X): 444 bhp 900 kg
- Chevrolet Corvette C7 Gr.3 Road Car (N500): 493 bhp 1480 kg
- Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution Final Edition Gr.B Road Car (N500): 473 bhp 1425 kg
- Mercedes-AMG GT S Safety Car: 503 bhp 1570 kg
- 2014 BMW M4 Safety Car: 425 bhp 1497 kg

Obs: Power values corrected due to previous miscalculation on conversion from Hp to Bhp!! (9/nov/17 15:45)

No need for that!! I just wanted to be sure!!! Your are from (and playing GTS version from??) As I´m Portuguese, on my GTS version, power values are expressed in HP and not on BHP, so they are different and I need to convert them to BHP before listing them and inserting them on the worksheet you´re using!!!

That is not in any way a problem... I simply wanted to be sure that I´m giving the right values using the right units! :)

Sorry my mistake. I misunderstood what you were getting at.

List update with more accurate vehicle names, take from GTS rather than the master list.

Also some errors corrected from first round of data entry.

As per @Mirror_man suggestion I've started to populate max'd out values for vehicles I use regularly. This will be a long job as I tend to use a small core of vehicles. Please feel free to add your Max'd Out data and I'll update the spreadsheet.

Thanks @Diver9543 for the Safety Car data - added.

Hi!!! Meanwhile I´ve just discovered this: https://www.kudosprime.com/gts/carlist.php
https://www.kudosprime.com/gts/carlist.php
In here you have the full list of cars, and a support system to update it with all data we can gather from our own cars!!!! (once you proceed with site registration) :)
