It's not like these are real cars. Their value will not increase with age and low miles. They don't drive any differently if they have 10 miles or 100k miles. They don't have any lower value if you sell them if they have more mileage. I can understand wanting a car in a certain color, especially if it has a specific livery that gets lost if you try to change the color of the car in the livery editor, but mileage? If there was something that actually changed with the mechanics of the car (poor handling, poor engine performance, damage that requires expensive replacement parts (body replacement), etc.) based off the mileage then I may understand why finding a low mileage version is something someone would want. But because PD doesnt change the look or the performance of the car based on the mileage, it has no relevance to anything about the car other than the odometer reading.
Never underestimate the power of human psychology

2M came from notorious SUGO TT.
Few more Historic part races in Power Pack, and I will have the money:

Love collecting the original GT car list cars. Just adding the cars that came in their original colours. Depending on what year PD modelled, some cars are missing the colours from the first game and some cars have more or different colours than the first game. After I do that, I'll go back to collecting the other brands that's have 1990s cars.

My ‘73 Skyline (non-mint condition) was just delivered with 548 miles on it. Seriously, why are you wasting the credits for mint condition?

I think my question here is… if there’s a car — say, the F1 GTR ‘95 — that has 59 miles on it (symbolic of the number on the car) at the Legend Cars dealer… how many miles would a ‘Standard’ Concierge car have? Still 59? Or more?

I’d expect the ‘Mint’ to have far fewer miles, given what I’ve seen so far from more basic Used Cars I’ve picked up from the Concierge. Probably single digit mileage.
Based on what I have seen posted it looks like mint is generally considered less than 100 miles. Could be less than 60 miles, I haven't seen any posted over 60 miles yet personally. So any car you see in Legends or Used cars under 60 miles I would consider Mint as well. There was a Mustang in Used cars a few months ago with zero miles on it. Standard mileage I would need more data on. Generally Legend cars are lower mileage than Used cars. The few I have seen reported as Standard Concierge purchases have a few hundred miles on them. Cars in the Used Car lot can have over 30k-40k miles on them. I don't think the Concierge will bring anything like that.

Certainly possible! I’m going to test with a few [inexpensive] cars. I have a feeling that Standard means “equivalent to what you’d get at the Used or Legend dealer”, and Mint is basically untouched.

It would be insane to, using my example, drop ~$23M on a “Standard” F1 GTR… only for it to have 20,000 miles because Polyphony thought “yOu sHoULda BoUgHt miNt BrO”.

(I fully understand the mileage is almost totally irrelevant in GT7, but hey… they chose to add this mechanic!)

No Legend car will have that many miles, I would think any standard Legend you bought would most likely be under 1k miles.
