When does a car become rare? And does one find out if a car is rare or not?
Example: ac 427, Pontiac le mans gto. Are they rare cars? And why?

Nothing is rare in GT5! Most everything is traded either through borrow glitching, hidden tickets or just normal trades. Nearly everything is tradable.

One car that is particularly rare is the Nissan 370Z Tuned Car (GT Academy Version) '08. It's a premium, and the only way to obtain it now is to get really lucky with a Level 12 ticket. I had one in my garage before a lightning storm managed to fry my old PS3.

Because of the randomness of the cars you find in the used car dealer, though there is a pattern of when cars can appear based on what you see currently

I think there's a calculator of somesort that can tell you how long you have to wait until a certain car you're looking for goes on sale

So there isn't any sort of rarity

I have an Enzo thats all black.

I have that 370z & its sendable so its not exactly rare.
