Ugh! I have nothing. I've kinda forgotten about this week's categories.

Spottings to and from NY. :D

1. Grey Import N/A

2. Douchebag mobile
How about a Kia Optima with big wheels? There were plenty where I was visiting my brother, but didn't know about this week's competition.

Well, I guess this isn't going to pick up any time soon. most of the time people are caught up with something.

Don't have too much time myself either but it's handy with a phone always with me, so we'll see where you want it to go. If not I'll just head back to my occasional car spotting.

Finally got the import, so I managed to snag one in each category this week!

1. Grey Import:
Nissan NX2000!!! One of the oddest sights I've ever had, too.

2. Douchebag mobile
You should have heard the music coming off this piece of trash.

3. Ten Cylinders
nothing

4. In-House Tuning Divisions
Does Shelby count? Poor car anyway, would have worked too for the Douchebag category.

The bad thing is I've been looking the whole time! Only thing I have is the douchebag machine! These were tough ones. No one has a grey import in Oklahoma. ;)

Ok, Joey D get's this round. Its been another busy week for me. So no entries from myself.

Joey D, pick some scavengings.

I haven't participated as much as I'd like, but I keep my eyes open and my phone ready for pictures of worthy admissions if I see them!

Round Eight

1.) Key Lime Pie - Find any car painted bright/neon green. Think old Dodge's or the Focus RS.

2.) Mr. Popular - Find the current best selling car or truck for your country. You'll need to use the internet to figure out what it is, don't assume since it sometimes not what you think.

3.) Mr. Insignificant - Find a vehicle that is considered a sales failure. Here's a list of examples: Link

4.) You Think You're Special, Huh? - Find a special edition of a vehicle. This is not the same as a performance edition, however if the edition had a bump in power that's ok. An example would be the Mustang Bullitt Edition, but not the Shelby GT500.

5.) When I Grow Up - Find a pair of vehicles next to one another with a huge size difference. You can't use commercial vehicles like semis or other equipment for this category. An example would be a MINI Cooper next to a Ford F350 Dually.

Bonus:
Mitsubishi Lancer Evo X

Now this one looks fun! I don't have too much going on this week. So hopefully I'll be active with this round. For what it's worth I did get some spots from last round. I may post them, of course they won't count.

Also, if anybody would be so brave as to get a points tally for the rounds so far. I've let that one go for too long. Otherwise I'll try to get a tally sometime this week.

For the first time, a fun round is finally here! I will try my best after 2 weeks of absent..

4.) You Think You're Special, Huh? - Find a special edition of a vehicle. This is not the same as a performance edition, however if the edition had a bump in power that's ok. An example would be the Mustang Bullitt Edition, but not the Shelby GT500.

Would an M3 GTS count for this one? It is basically the tuned version, of the tuned version.

Might actually be able to get some of these. Already snapped my "You Think You're Special" and hopefully it won't take much to find one for Mr. Popular. Does it have to be the best selling for the year to date or the last month?

FYI the best selling passenger car in the United States in the Toyota Corolla, which I believe is also the best selling vehicle world-wide. The best selling passenger truck is the Ford F-150. For anyone state side who need the info.👍

1.done
2.done
3.not done
4.350z gt4 edition? If so done.
5.original mini and mini countryman. Done.

The current best selling car in Malaysia is the Perodua Myvi and has been for the 6th time in a row. I think this might be the easiest because that car is everywhere!

If anybody from Malaysia is taking part, yeah, look for this car!

The M3 GTS will work since it's a limited run of 250 cars. The GT4 350Z also works as a special edition.

As for the best selling vehicle for America, you use either the Camry or F-150 since there is always debate about what sells better. The F-150 sells more units due to fleet sales I believe but those aren't counted sometimes.

This round looks like fun, i'll keep an eye out for these cars while biking my bmx! Maybe i will enter for my first time..?

For number 3, would an Opel Signum do? They cancelled it because of the disappointing sales numbers, because everybody bought the cheaper Vectra model. Later came the Insignia.

Can't find any sales numbers though...

So I can land all 5 and the bonus of round 7 within a few blocks of my house. Just to clarify, does a roush mustang count as a special edition? Or even better, there's an LL Bean Outback on my street if that counts?

The Roush Mustang wouldn't be a special edition, but the LL Bean Outback would.

And I'll give this till Monday night to get everything in since that's when I post the last categories.

Well I'll try to get a few of them tomorrow while I make my run to the hadware store. If not, then do whatever normally happens when no one gives any entries.

I've already got a couple so hopefully I can get the Evo X and Special Edition cars done by tomorrow.
