Car texture glitch?

Go to Chevrolet and select the corvette stingray convertible (C3) 69. The one for 50.000cr
And when the car rotates look at the side skirts, its like the colour changes/stretches... i dont know but the colour on the side skirts is moving. So i think its a texture glitch...

Yes there are a couple of cars that do this. Can't remember the exact one i found, but the rear wing changed from black to white.

EDIT: actually, i think it was the sirocco race car.
