Car Wins?

Some people might think of this as cheating but, I was rubber-banding at indy and I've done it for several nights, getting close to 1000 races on that track but when I go to my car settings it says that I've only completed 13 races? Are the races not reregistering?
 
1000 races without doing anything? What's the point, all you're doing is burning out your PS3. I can understand if you're actually racing, but you're not!

I hope cheating is blocked, maybe people will actually race rather than having a rubber band do all the work.

But some advice, if miles and wins aren't registering, think of it as a good thing! The only thing you should be worried about, seeing that you've been doing this a while, is if your XP is going up.

Wins only register for a car if you do a race, finish, and back out to main menu, then run the race again. I think it is a glitch that was never really fixed. If you just keep doing restart after running the race, it never counts it as another win except for your initial win for that car. It has been like this since the beginning.
 
This is true. At the same time, it's very strange that the UCD cycles with every start and finish (or quit) since many people are using the clubman races to cycle the UCD... enter the race, start the race, quit the race, repeat 4 times and the UCD is fully refreshed. No need to exit the race screen and go back to the main menu. :/
