When the career bar becomes full your driver becomes obsolete because he retires, but his performance and skillls will start to deteriorate before it comes to that.

Yes, Formula GT cars are prize cars in one of the longer endurance races, there's a thread detailing what prize cars are available for what races.

Ok i do it all through my i phone so haven't seen it thanks tho, with the b spec if i hired another driver won't he drive like a tit again

I need to start farming another B-Spec racer methinks...

All drivers start from scratch, but once you reach the higher levels and you introduce a new driver, your new driver(s) will earn experience points far quicker than your original driver, therefore improving their skills much quicker aswell.

Yes, all B spec drivers have a limited career, you'll know when it's time because his skills and strength will start to fall instead of rising.

Once you have completed all the endurance races you will get a level 24 prize car ticket, which will randomly assign you either the F2007, F10 or FGT.

I just had to retire my first Bob. Kinda sad actually. But his career bar was full and his stats had dropped off.

On the plus side, the new Bob made level 10 in his first race. Not bad for a guy that's only 30 minutes old.

Yeah by the time you get to the endurance races you've already got the FGT, and the F1 cars really are just about useless after all.

But I don't know if I'll hang with it long enough to finish all the enduros anyway.

Considering the F1 cars can't be used in any race, that's exactly useless, and if that's the same prize for A-Spec, then its two times the fun!

Considering they can be used for online races against other F1 cars, they're not "exactly" useless, but that use isn't one that everyone is interested in.
