Career mode finished. Some notes.

Just finished the career mode:

1.- Got 6 million during the ten years of it.
2.- Got up to level 57 just playing the career.
3.- AI sucks, even if you drive perfectly, they are really slow through ALL 10 years.
4.- The ending sucks, just some credits rolling.
5.- Some cheap stuff happens during some races just to make it more "difficult", the AI cars suddenly have something like 20 more hp, and you lose grip magically on some turns, then normal again. Shame on you T10!
6.- Hated the physics, they are pretty similar to Forza 3 just with maybe 10% less grip and minor tweaks.
7.- I'll go back to the real stuff like iRacing and the rest of the bunch on my PC now. :D

It was cool until you said the physics are the same as FM3. Then I figured like. no.

I logged over 300 hours into FM3 and can say without a doubt or hesitation that the physics are not the same with 10% less grip.

I agree that the AI is fairly bad (read unrealistically aggressive), but I never experienced any sort of rubberbanding.
 
Honestly man, I respectfully disagree with your opinion. If they are unrealistic would you care to let us know what game you play represents a realistic recreation of automotive physics?

I sense your response will be the same old tired "iRacing blows the physics away... yada yada yada...". We already know this. We know Forza isn't as hardcore as some PC sims, but to outright throw the physics out the window and in the way you did leaves me to believe that you're just trying to start a flame war.
 
FM4 might have the best physics on console. Ok, I acknowledge that, but that is not saying much, especially when only GT5 and Race Pro compete in that department.

I LOVED the sound, really! That is the best thing on the market, FM4's sound.

What I consider great physics? iRacing, Netkar Pro, Live for Speed, Simbin Stuff, rFactor, all great.

Wish they could have the car roster and sound of FM4 though. :(

I think I would agree with that actually. For a console sim, it's is what it is. I love the Simbin stuff too.
 
I enjoy FM4 for what it is, and the amazing sound. When I need an iRacing fix, I play that. Nothing says you can't enjoy them all! Oh, I have like 50GB of mods for rFactor and love playing that as well. It's just nice to play something fresh and new, like FM4.
 
I played about 18 hours but Im only at level 40 yet. so if ya at level 57 , than you must be a DIE-HARD forza fan , so I dunno why are you trolling about the game. The cars , inside outside are greatest , no doubt about that. better & beautifully looking cars than than GT5. Only one negative the tracks. in GT5 the tracks are realistic. When I play Forza 4 , after a long day at the first time I feel I played a car racing game. Played infinite hours with GT5 but wasnt so impressed to me. this is the different. Cheers.
